These terms apply to your use of pow2 (www.pow2.io), operated and published by Indeptus Entertainment ("we", "us"). By playing the game or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using pow2
pow2 is free to play in your web browser. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play it for your own non-commercial entertainment. Streaming and creating videos is allowed too (see below).
Streaming and videos
You're welcome to stream pow2, record videos and post screenshots of it, including on monetized channels (for example Twitch, YouTube or TikTok), as long as it's footage of you or others actually playing. Please don't suggest that we sponsor or endorse your content unless we've agreed to it, and don't redistribute or rehost the game itself. A link back to www.pow2.io is appreciated but not required.
Fair play
Leaderboards are only fun when they're fair. You agree not to:
- submit scores you didn't earn by playing normally, or tamper with game data or network requests;
- use bots, scripts, cheats or exploits;
- overload, attack, or try to get unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
- click ads deliberately or artificially generate ad impressions.
We may remove scores, reset or remove profiles, or block access if we believe these terms have been broken.
Display names
Display names are public on the leaderboard. Don't pick a name that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone else, or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove any name without notice.
Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional. You're responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in is provided by Google and is also covered by its terms.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, artwork, music, sounds and the pow2 name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the right to play described above, these terms don't give you any rights to them.
Advertising
The site shows ads from third parties, including Google. We're not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising uses cookies.
Availability
We may change, pause or discontinue the game, its modes or the leaderboards at any time. Leaderboards reset weekly and older results are deleted.
Disclaimer
pow2 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or profiles will always be saved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
